India all-rounder Krunal Pandya and his wife Pankhuri Sharma were blessed with a baby boy on Sunday, July 24. The cricketer took to social media to share photos of himself and his wife holding their newborn baby.
Krunal Pandya also revealed the name of his first child – Kavir Krunal Pandya. The India cricketer and his wife were embracing the newborn as congratulatory messages are pouring in for them.Krunal tied the knot with Pankhuri Sharma in December 2017 after dating for several years. Pankhuri has often been spotted at the stadium, cheering on for her husband during India and Indian Premier League matches.
Notably, Krunal is quite fond of his nephew Agastya, the son of his younger brother Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankovic. Krunal often shares photos and videos of him and Agastya on social media.Notably, Hardik has credited his family, especially Krunal and Pankhuri, for helping him overcome a lean patch and injury issues. Hardik is currently on a break after having made a strong comeback to international cricket. Hardik led Gujarat Titans to IPL title in their inaugural season earlier this year and went on to lead India in 2 T20is against Ireland.
On the other hand, Krunal last played for India in Sri Lanka in July 2021. The all-rounder has represented India in 5 ODIs and 19 T20Is after making his debut in 2018.Krunal had a fine outing with Lucknow Super Giants, hitting 183 runs and picking up 10 wickets as he played a crucial role in their run to the playoffs.
